6 Ways to Feel Better About Yourself

Start with the basics, literally just the basics. It can be hard to feel cute in an outfit when the rest of you is struggling. When you take care of your skin, hair, and mental health, it is so much easier to feel comfortable and confident in anything!


  1. Get some good sleep

  2. Try meditation or yoga

  3. Lotion! (I am not happy when my skin is dry)

  4. Eat some food that makes you feel good

  5. Cut and file your nails

  6. Put on clean underclothes

You have to set yourself up for success. Sometimes the smallest things can ruin a good day.


And finally, when you do feel good, take a selfie because you're killing it! When you feel good, you look good.
